I worked as an Export Manager in a well reputed firm for the last 10 Years. It has been 5 years since I started my journey in Yoga. Hours of regular practice helped me to relieve the asthma problems which I had suffered since my childhood. Practicing Yoga helped me to recover from Asthma and get rid of the Inhalers.
